What exactly is over achieving? Does it mean that I have gone beyond what is needed or does it mean that others are embarrassed that because I know so much more than them I expose their ignorance?

It is just a label applied, by mindless turds, to anyone who is willing to use their brains.

Apropos English usage, I am appalled by the unthinking way in which people use the language.
here are some examples: “insightful” for “perceptive”, “period of time” – is there any other kind of period?, “in terms of” for “with reference to” and “provides the user with the ability to” for ” you can”. The highly (very) worst I have seen is “operationalize” for “deploy”.

When people are sloppy with their use of any communications medium, it begs the question: Can I really trust anything else they have done?
